1 large carrot

boil the unpeeled vegetables until tender peel and grate the beets, potatoes and carrot grate (or cut in small pieces) hard boiled eggs finely chop the onion slice the herring fillets into small pieces (cubes) arrange the herring fillets in a layer in the bottom of a bowl spread evenly some mayo add a layer of onion cover with a mayo arrange a layer of potatoes cover with a mayo arrange a layer of carrot cover with a mayo then layer of eggs and the final layer, place the beets finishing touch – cover with a mayo cover last layer with a generous amount of mayonnaise place the salad in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours Bon Appétit!
