How to Ice a cake with whipped cream


Lets start. Put some cream on the center of the board I am using Vanilla cake split into two halves Sprinkle some Litchi juice Put the whipped cream right on the center of the cake Use a large offset to spread the cream evenly all over the cake Sprinkle some chopped Kiwi on this layer Place the other half of the cake on it Sprinkle some Litchi juice once again Use rest of the whipped cream and spread it on the cake Cover the entire cake surface with the whipped cream Shape the cake using the Scrapper and Cake Knife Using Icing bag and nozzle decorate the cake Add chopped mangoes and cherries to give colors to your cake Your cake is ready

  1. Hi thanks for that lovely cake idea . how long can we keep it out if we use whipping cream befor it start melting or we have to keep refrigerated soon after

  2. if you use whip cream to frost a cake do you have to decorate it in a fast matter ? because I heard that if you take a while to decorate it the whip cream will melt
