How To Make Chocolate Ganache Recipe- 3Ways! Poured, Piped, Whipped In Hindi


Chocolate – 200 gms Cut chocolate into small chunks Cream – 200 ml Add butter – 1 teaspoon (optional) Heat till reaches to boiling point Pour over chocolate Let it sit for 5 minutes Mix it using whisk Let it rest on room temperature Once little thicken, use for pouring, dipping Cream 100 ml Chocolate – 200 gms Process is same, heat cream and pour over chocolate chunks Sit for 5 minutes Whip using whisk Let it cool down to room temperature Once thicken, fill a piping bag and decorate cakes & cupcakes For whipped ganache, take piping ganache in a bowl Beat for 2-3 minutes until color changes to light brown Fill piping bag and decorate cakes and cupcakes Cream – 50 ml, white chocolate – 150 gms Process is same, pour warm cream over chocolate Whip for couple of minutes Do not overwhip Once thicken, fill pastry bag and decorate cakes and cupcakes Like, share & subscribe Thanks for watching
